1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to avmgg (the "Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and avmgg governing your access to and use of our online casino and sports betting services. 2.2 Account Registration and Security

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Methods and Processing

avmgg supports various payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers through BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other accredited financial institutions. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly, though bank transfer processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

You acknowledge that all funds deposited must be your own and obtained through legal means. avmgg prohibits money laundering and reserves the right to request source of funds documentation. Deposits made using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or funds obtained illegally will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement authorities.

3.2 Withdrawal Procedures and Verification

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our withdrawal policy. Before your first withdrawal, avmgg requires identity verification including submission of a valid government-issued ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and may request additional documentation at our discretion.

Standard withdrawal processing times are 5-30 minutes for GCash and Maya, and 1-3 business days for bank transfers, subject to verification completion and compliance checks. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing fees (if applicable) are disclosed on the Platform. avmgg reserves the right to reverse withdrawals if we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in your name.

3.3 Wagering Requirements and Bonus Terms

Bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits issued by avmgg are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-related winnings. Standard wagering requirements range from 1x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. Specific game contributions toward wagering requirements vary: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and live dealer games may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, exploiting system vulnerabilities, or using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk, will result in bonus forfeiture, winnings confiscation, and account termination. 8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

avmgg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for failures or delays in service delivery caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service provider issues, power outages, natural disasters, government actions, or acts of God. In the event of game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of avmgg services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Notwithstanding the foregoing, avmgg may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights or disclosure of confidential information.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

avmgg reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, prolonged account inactivity, or request from regulatory authorities. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, and you may not create new accounts.

If your account is terminated due to breach of these Terms, avmgg reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. If termination occurs for reasons not related to your breach, any legitimate balance will be returned to you following appropriate verification procedures, minus any applicable fees or charges.

11. Communication and Notices

avmgg will communicate with you via the email address and mobile phone number registered to your account. It is your responsibility to ensure these contact details remain current. Notices sent to your registered email or displayed prominently on the Platform shall be deemed effective upon transmission or posting. You consent to receive transactional communications, account notifications, and promotional materials through these channels.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement bet ween you and avmgg regarding the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. avmgg may assign these Terms or any rights hereunder without restriction.
